Welcome! I’m Leah.
I’m a life long learner, connector of people, and woman who finds joy in small moments. I find inspiration in the beauty of nature, the energy of vibrant communities, and the ongoing pursuit of uncovering my most authentic self.
I am also a licensed therapist, coach, and couples counselor - and I’m so excited to connect with you.
My deep desire to understand myself and the people around me is what led me to begin my journey to the world of therapy. Through my professional training, diverse clinical experience, and personal healing journey, I discovered my desire to devote my time and energy to support and empower others to believe in themselves, build healthy relationships, and create a world where they feel safe, authentic, and recognized.
Early in my career, I worked with a wide range of populations, including children in residential treatment, incarcerated adults, and in-home family therapy clients. I practiced in various modalities such as family systems, trauma treatment, and couples therapy. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of how to create safety and connection, support effective trauma healing, and recognize how our relationship dynamics and histories shape our present-day lives.
I now specialize in working with highly motivated adults and couples who want to strengthen their connection and cultivate a sense of internal safety and support as they navigate life. My work focuses on helping clients understand how their attachment history, relationship dynamics, and societal messages shape both present-day experiences and past choices. In our sessions, we work to heal trauma, untangle the complexities of insecure attachment, and build a strong relational sense of self. The tools I bring into our work together are grounded in evidence-based approaches and deeply attuned to the relational and emotional complexity each client or couple brings.
Are we a good fit?
I work with adults and couples who are ready to look honestly at their lives and start figuring out what they actually want, especially in their relationships, both with others and with themselves. I’m most helpful to clients who are motivated to doing the kind of work that’s not always easy, but that leads somewhere meaningful. Together, we’ll identify the dynamics shaping your relationships, heal past wounds, and help you reconnect with who you are - beneath all the noise and expectations of life.
The work we will do together is deep and intentional. If you're ready for meaningful change, we might be a great fit.

A little about me beyond the therapy space
While I’m deeply passionate about the work I do, I also believe in living a full and grounded life outside of session. The things that bring me joy and keep me connected to myself are an essential part of how I show up for others.
When I’m not working, you can find me exploring the outdoors, traveling, nurturing my curiosity through ongoing learning, writing short stories from the best coffee shop in town, sweating it out at hot yoga, and befriending all of the neighborhood animals.
