Establishing meaningful relationships is always the priority at our office, and we believe the client/therapist relationship is a strong factor in success. We treat all clients as the experts in their own lives, and view our role as a guide on your journey to growth and healing. While we support you with your individual mental health needs, we don’t see you as a diagnosis, or as just another appointment in our calendar. Instead, we assist you by using a trauma and attachment-informed lens to explore the situations in your past and present that may be contributing to current challenges or emotional distress.

We will support you in developing self-love, creating healthy relationships with others, and building stress management skills that can take some of the burden off your shoulders. We will help you learn how to safely identify and feel emotions, navigate life transitions, and work toward healing from traumatic experiences.
