Individual LIfe Coaching

Coaching for Individuals:

While the goal of counseling is treating and reducing mental health symptoms, coaching offers another approach for clients to use in working toward their goals.

Coaching combines a relational approach with psychoeducation, healing modalities, and direct questioning to identify blocks and barriers to achieving current life goals. Coaching supports client in gaining clarity on the meaning of their life story, and the story they are wanting to continue to write for themselves. Healing modalities and somatic practices are used throughout to address blocks as they are identified. Coaching is not appropriate for clients with a mental health disorder that is significantly impacting their functioning, as coaching does not focus on addressing symptoms of mental health disorders.

Your coach will partner with you to provide inspiration, guidance, and direct feedback to help maximize your personal and professional life.
